The public AI is an anonymous first touchpoint. WorkWell employees activate their own account, complete a private intake and receive an automatically configured Personal AI with continuity of memory while sponsorship remains active.

The AI provides structured psychological support and psychoeducation. It identifies itself as AI and is never presented as a human clinician, diagnostic service or emergency service.

With the employee's consent, every paid and completed eligible consultation includes one complimentary Personal AI configuration update by Dr. Sodhi. Corporate-sponsored access continues only for its existing membership period; the update does not extend it.

Mental Health Specialist & Brain Science Expert and Counsellor & Psychotherapist, with a Fellowship in Clinical Psychiatry. Dr. Sodhi leads the monthly webinar and provides eligible consultations and consented post-consultation concierge updates. Personal AI setup begins automatically from each employee's own intake.
Employee privacy by design
- Employers cannot access employee chats, intake responses, screener results, clinical records, consultation details or AI configurations.
- Verified HR contacts see only company status, seat and invitation counts, the billing period and company webinar details.
- Enrolment is opt-in: each employee activates their own account and gives consent.

When an employee leaves or membership ends, sponsored access stops at the recorded end date. Existing personal data and configuration remain with the account and are not disclosed to the employer.

Can we see which employees used the service?
No. You see the number of activated seats and your billing — never names linked to usage, chats, screeners or consultations.
How do employees join?
You invite their work emails. Each employee receives a private activation link, creates their own account and gives consent before anything starts.
What does the monthly webinar include?
One collective 60-minute live session with Dr. Sodhi, exclusive to your company. The confirmed topic and schedule are managed with your verified HR contact.
What happens after an eligible consultation?
If the employee opted in when booking, verified payment and completed status create one concierge update for Dr. Sodhi. The benefit stays tied to that booking even if membership later ends, but it never grants or extends corporate access.
Is the AI a replacement for a clinician?
No. It offers structured psychological support and psychoeducation, and it is not a diagnostic or emergency service. Employees can book Dr. Sodhi directly at the discounted rate.
